Team Member Spotlight
Meet Kennedy Duhon, one of our Client Service Associates at MFA. Kennedy has been with MFA for almost a year. She’s the mastermind behind many MFA events last year. Her professionalism and cheerful personality also make her an invaluable asset of Team MFA.

Why did you choose to become a Client Service Associate and work in Operations?
My background is in human behavior, and my first job out of college was working as a behavior analyst. After four years of working in a predominantly clinical environment, I transitioned into a role that required me to work in an operational setting. That role allowed me to realize that there was so much out there for me to learn, especially in the finance industry.
When I looked deeper into the world of wealth management, I found it to be interesting and intriguing. I decided to take a risk and switch career paths. Being a Client Service Associate is the first step of this new journey and I am excited about the many possibilities and opportunities at MFA.
What’s a memory from your client interactions that’s stayed with you?
I am coming up on the completion of my first year at MFA, and I am thankful for the amazing clients I get to work with on a daily basis. One memory that will stick with me is getting to meet many of our clients face-to-face at client events. Although clients may get handfuls of emails from me asking for transaction approval or signatures, the events allowed me to get to know each of them more as an individual instead of just an email address.
Why are you excited to be part of MFA?
Since joining MFA, I have been able to experience a work environment where everyone truly enjoys their work, while also enjoys working collaboratively to ensure the best possible experience for our clients. I am grateful to be able to show up every day and know that we motivate each other to continue growing at both a personal and professional level.
What’s something people might not know about you?
Any time I am not in the office helping our clients, you can assume I am at a racetrack somewhere. My boyfriend (who used to work for MFA) and I have spent the past 7 years working towards building his professional racing career. With the help of many great partners, we have been able to continue this journey. With him racing in Porsche Carrera Cup North America this year, we will be racing alongside F1 for three of their North America events … which is very exciting (Fingers crossed I’ll get to meet Lando Norris😊)!
What’s a quirk of yours?
One quirk I have is that I “have to” make sure all of our office snacks and drinks are put away in a specific order. It is such a random thing to be specific about, but I have a vision in my head where everything needs to go. If I see a granola bar where the salty snacks go, I “have to” fix it!
