We are pleased to announce that our clients now have the ability to link outside accounts (such as bank accounts, credit cards, and so on) to MFA’s client portal. This new feature provides clients with the option to view all of their accounts in one place.
This feature is powered by Plaid, a best-in-class provider and MFA is covering the cost for any clients who choose to use this feature. The steps to link accounts are below, but please do not hesitate to reach out if any questions come up.
- After logging into MFA’s client portal, look for the “Add Accounts” button at the bottom of the left-hand menu.
2. After clicking “Add Account,” the below item will pop-up. Click “Log in to institution.”
3. Next, there will be a series of screens to review and select the financial institution, and accounts (see below).
4. All done! Clients should be able to view their linked accounts in the client portal.
